Introduction to the wide world of fabric art! Learn basic skills to create a soft sculpture including stitches to join fabric pieces together, 3D construction, and how to let the developing object lead you. There will be demonstrations to guide you in construction of a pre-prepared pattern. In this workshop you’ll find that you can pursue both 2D and 3D creations with fabric & thread as an alternative to traditional media.
