Art of Summer, our youth-exclusive art camp, is set to be more immersive and intensive this year than ever before!

Artists! You will enjoy a CREATIVE BOOST in the following ways each day of our program:

- Exposure: Every day, there will be at least one new concept or technique presented as an opportunity to grow within their practice of art.

- Immersion: There will be continuing practice for up to 3 areas of focus, or areas of intentional concentration, that your artist shares with our staff.

- Art Practice: This is the work of claiming one's life lived as an ARTIST, FIRST. Making art with our life is a gift, and we are going to nurture this gift in your child with our particular level of expertise.

Parents!

You can expect Master Teaching Artists, who are particularly skilled at sharing their craft with youth, to be engaging with tested and true programs. 

We will offer introductory and intermediate instruction in drawing and painting. As well as unique creative practices in mixed medias (watercolors, charcoal, acrylic, etc.) There will be specialized areas that will rotate so each camper gets a shake at it - murals, comics, collage poetry (just to name a few!)
